Set the project timeline and build project plan<\/li>\n
Assist in staffing the project team<\/li>\n
Monitor project deliverables<\/li>\n
Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress<\/li>\n
Coach and support project team members with tasks assigned to them<\/li>\n
Assess the Client\u2019s Needs<\/li>\n
Manage Team of Implementation Specialists<\/li>\n
Analyze, plan and develop requirements and standards in reference to scheduled projects<\/li>\n
Assign and oversee the daily tasks of technical personnel while ensuring all subordinates are actively working toward established milestones<\/li>\n
Hold regular technical team meetings to determine progress and address any questions or challenges regarding projects<\/li>\n
Determine and define clear deliverables, roles and responsibilities for staff members required for specific projects or initiatives<\/li>\n
Update and maintain all production technologies ensuring proper maintenance and installation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
Job Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
\n
BSC. degree in computer science or related technical field required.<\/li>\n
Professional Project Management Certification from accredited institution is preferred.<\/li>\n
Deep knowledge in integration and process automation. <\/li>\n
Demonstrated understanding of Project Management processes, strategies and methods<\/li>\n
Experience mentoring, coaching and developing rising talent in the technology department<\/li>\n
Excellent time management and organizational skills and experience establishing guidelines in these areas for others.<\/li>\n
Strong sense of personal accountability regarding decision-making and supervising department teams.<\/li>\n
Experience working in a high-level collaborative environment and promoting a teamwork mentality.<\/li>\n
Managerial experience applying analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.<\/li>\n
Ability to predict challenges and seek to proactively head-off obstacles.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
