Job Description<\/p>\n

Assist the Sales Manager in leading, directing and motivating the sales team in order to achieve the overall corporate sales objectives.<\/p>\n

Supervise the shift that you are scheduled<\/p>\n

Assist the Sales Manager by completing all assigned duties<\/p>\n

Responsible for operating and maintaining real estate properties with the goal of maximizing income and profits.<\/p>\n

Lead & Supervise real estate sales team, perform administrative duties and stay informed about the latest changes in the real estate industry.<\/p>\n

Offer advice and motivate their team to close sales.<\/p>\n

Develop effective training programs that teach sales how to acquire customers, negotiate deals, and secure financing and complete paperwork for the sale.<\/p>\n

Set weekly, monthly and yearly monetary goals for the agents to achieve and conducted sales meeting.<\/p>\n

Working days are from Sunday to Thursday (Shifts are from 10 AM to 6 PM).
Job Requirements<\/p>\n

Experience in North Coast resale is a must.<\/p>\n

Experience of resale in all destinations in Cairo is a must.<\/p>\n

Experience in Real Estate is a must.<\/p>\n

Professional Attitude & very good communication skills.<\/p>\n

Very good to excellent in English.<\/p>\n

Bachelor Degree.<\/p>\n

Owning a car is a must.<\/p>\n

Team leader skills<\/p>\n

New Cairo residents is prefer.
* Good Knowledge of Microsoft office<\/p>\n
