Responsible for filling recruitment needs.<\/p>\n

Supervise and Determine the most efficient and cost-effective sourcing methods to recruit candidates for assigned positions<\/p>\n

Fully Responsible for staffing processes to include job description review, sourcing contacts, screening, scheduling interviews, processing evaluations, conducting reference checks, extending offers, and closing candidates to gain offer acceptance<\/p>\n

Coordinate with the employees onboarding process<\/p>\n

Participates in developing department goals, objectives, and systems.<\/p>\n

Providing general support to the other HR functions not only the recruitment.
Job Requirements<\/p>\n

Fluent in English is a must<\/p>\n

Previous recruitment experience is a must.<\/p>\n

Candidate living in Heliopolis\/Sheraton\/Nasr City or nearby areas are preferred.<\/p>\n

Excellent oral, written communication, and interpersonal skills<\/p>\n

Excellent flexibility and sense of ownership<\/p>\n
