Duties & Responsibilities:<\/p>\n

Manage and Lead the development team<\/p>\n

Controlling all stages of development life cycle<\/p>\n

Develop high-quality software design and architecture<\/p>\n

Make sure the Team follows the best practices<\/p>\n

Conduct code reviews<\/p>\n

Coach and Transfer Knowledge to the team<\/p>\n

Coordinate with other ICT teams (Business analyst, Quality assurance and PMO)<\/p>\n

Document development phases
Job Requirements<\/p>\n

Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or related fields.<\/p>\n

Experience with Oracle Database.<\/p>\n

Experience with SQL+, PL\/SQL, and SQL Performance Tuning.<\/p>\n

Experience with Oracle Forms and Reports.<\/p>\n

Experience with Toad, SQL Navigator and SQL Developer.<\/p>\n

Experience with ETL is a plus.<\/p>\n

Experience with Oracle Discoverer is a plus.<\/p>\n

Experience with JasperReports is a plus.
* Experience with Agile\/Scrum methodology is preferred.<\/p>\n
