• Oversee selection and coordination of subcontractors working on various phases of large-scale projects.<\/li>\n
• Review architectural and engineering drawings to ensure that all specifications and regulations are followed.<\/li>\n
• Responsible for administration of construction contracts and obtaining all necessary permits and licenses.<\/li>\n
• Track and control construction schedules and associated costs to achieve completion of projects within time and monies allocated.<\/li>\n
• Report to management on progress and any necessary modifications of plans that seem indicated.<\/li>\n
