Supporting & Coordinating in the areas of:<\/p>\n

• Preparation of quotations\/offers for clients<\/li>\n
• Preparation of prequalifications<\/li>\n
• Preparation of technical submittals<\/li>\n
• Preparation of sampling<\/li>\n
• Organizing and scheduling meetings<\/li>\n
• Tracking and organizing leads, offers and their required follow-up by sales team<\/li>\n
• Organizing and maintaining e-documentation<\/li>\n
• Organizing and maintaining catalogs, samples, etc. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  Experience, Skills and Character<\/p>\n

  \n
  • Minimum 5 years of general administrative experience in preferably firms active in Interior Design, Contracting and\/or Consulting (related to construction)<\/li>\n
  • Very good PR skills (people's person)<\/li>\n
  • Detail oriented<\/li>\n
  • Organized<\/li>\n
  • Team player<\/li>\n
  • Dynamic and self-motivated<\/li>\n
  • Self-confident with good listening skills & good judgment<\/li>\n
  • Able and willing to put in the extra hours when necessary<\/li>\n
  • Fluent in English & Arabic equally (spoken & written)<\/li>\n
  • Possesses high ethical standards and willingness to commit for long-term<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
