Job Description
The goal is to drive sustainable growth through technical planning and supervision.
Responsible for:<\/p>\n

Develop a growth strategy focused both on technical quality and customer satisfaction<\/p>\n

Conduct research to identify new markets, customer needs and competitors\u2019 technical advantages<\/p>\n

Conduct research on new technical tools and software for enhancing the technical execution process.<\/p>\n

Design proposals for prospective clients.<\/p>\n

Design solar energy stations and prepare the technical plan for execution.<\/p>\n

Coordinate, manage and resolve account maintenance issues.<\/p>\n

Prepare and deliver all offers and client\u2019s requirements for current and prospective clients<\/p>\n

Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.<\/p>\n

Coordinate between the sales and the engineering teams.<\/p>\n

Develop, coordinate and implement technical plans and material designed to maintain and increase existing business and capture new opportunities.<\/p>\n

Oversee, maintain and upgrade existing accounts to ensure ongoing client satisfaction.<\/p>\n

Deliver all required reports to management
Job Requirements<\/p>\n

Bachelor degree in Engineering (or 2+ years experience in Solar Energy field).<\/p>\n

Fluency in both written and spoken English<\/p>\n

Excellent written and verbal communication skills<\/p>\n

Proven ability for hard work and results\u2018 achievement<\/p>\n

Dedication to long hours work
Candidates
must
have previous experience in the
Solar Energy field
and can execute the following:<\/p>\n

Designs through professional software such us PVsol, Helioscope\u2026etc.<\/p>\n

Professional technical and financial proposals.<\/p>\n

Project's feasibility study.
Preferably:<\/p>\n

Previous experience in another Power Solutions field, such as UPS, transformers, is a plus.<\/p>\n
