FINANCIAL PLANNING & BI REPORTING ANALYST to manage the distribution of engineering and scientific products portfolio across GCC. You will be working closely with the finance, supply chain and sales teams to develop and grow the organisation through key planning and analysis. You will bring financial clarity to decision making, leverage financial planning and analytical skills, and play a significant role impacting critical strategic and operational decisions.<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Prepare Budget, forecasts, strategic plans and reports.<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Review performance to date and assess potential risks and opportunities.<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Developing financial models and insights on topics such as: Revenue planning using CRM data on projects, opportunities. Fulfilment planning, Compensation analysis, Working capital analysis.<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Work alongside supply chain and operations team on order to cash and procure to pay processes and define process metrics to improve operational efficiency. Allowing them to improve decision making and validate change in the business.<\/p>\n

REQUIREMENTS<\/p>\n

Degree in Finance CIMA\/CMA\/ACCA\/ACA\/CPA or Business Administration.<\/p>\n

A minimum 5-year relevant finance experience.<\/p>\n

Strong critical thinking and analytical skills, attention to detail, data analysis.<\/p>\n

Ability to work independently and in teams, collaborating in a multi-cultural environment.<\/p>\n

Excellent written and verbal communication & presentation skills.<\/p>\n

Experience in developing, designing and maintaining Power BI reports (Power Query, Data Model creation, Report Creation, DAX knowledge).<\/p>\n

Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.<\/p>\n

Knowledge of CRM (Salesforce), EPM and financial reporting systems like Microsoft Dynamics 365 (F&O).<\/p>\n
