About The Department<\/p>\n

Created two years ago, the commercial Excellence and Innovation department ensure all affiliate objectives are rightly set, and KPI\u2019s are in place, to be able to make the right follow up.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

The department is also in charge of the digital strategy of the company, working with all internal stakeholders to develop virtual communication channels and increase channel mix integration.<\/p>\n

The Position<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

As a digital Associate, you will be responsible for managing the creation and successful implementation of campaign activities across a wide range of platforms, including social media, email, and web.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

You will coordinate digital projects with internal stakeholders, and you will create and design emails and landing pages for digital engagement activities.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

You will also follow up the content creation with internal and external stakeholders, and you will create digital materials to support medical & marketing initiatives.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

You will be responsible for managing company social media activities (content creation, community management, monitoring, analytics), and ensuring that the company\u2019s websites are up to date.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Adding to the above, you will optimise SEO through our websites (link building), and you will manage, monitor and report online ads campaigns. You will create and update mailing and subscriber lists, as well as support MCE Lead on projects and campaigns when needed.<\/p>\n

Qualifications<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

To be successful in this role, you need to have a bachelor\u2019s or master\u2019s degree in marketing or a related field.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

You also need to have:<\/p>\n

• Strong interest in digital marketing<\/li>\n
• Hybrid qualifications desired \u2013 communication\/analytical\/technical skills and commercial\/business acumen<\/li>\n
• Understanding of social media platforms<\/li>\n
