Job Description and Requirements
Duties;<\/p>\n

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related Network Problem for Consumer.<\/p>\n

Analytical thinking, fast reactions, problem solving ability, excellent communication skills and customer Service skills.<\/p>\n

Follow technical instructions to ensure adherence to corporate quality standards<\/p>\n

Escalate unresolved calls to the next level support team using Service Desk ticketing system<\/p>\n

Take ownership of user problems and follow up the status of problems on behalf of the user and communicate progress in a timely manner.<\/p>\n

Maintain a high degree of customer service for all support queries and adhere to all service management principles.<\/p>\n

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.<\/p>\n

Ability to multi-task in a fast paced, high pressure environment.<\/p>\n

Ability to quickly learn new technologies.
Requirements for the position are;<\/p>\n

Bachelor degree in Computer Science or any related field.<\/p>\n

Minimum one year of work experience in network Field preferred have ISP Experience.<\/p>\n

Hands on experience in networking, routing, and switching.<\/p>\n

Hands on experience Network Management Platforms and Tools<\/p>\n

Network fundamentals – IP subnetting, DHCP, DNS and ARP.<\/p>\n

L2 technologies – VLAN\/802.1q concepts, STP<\/p>\n

L3 technologies – general routing – BGP, OSPF, route redistribution<\/p>\n

Hands on experience in Cisco, Juniper, Zhone technologies.<\/p>\n
