• Minimum of a high school diploma in Financial Accounting \/ College degree in Commerce or a related field is preferred.<\/li>\n
• Minimum 2 years experience as a Finance Specialist in a Supervisory role \/ similar experience in a 5 star hospitality industry.<\/li>\n
• Minimum of 1 -2 years experience in a similar position in a 5-star hospitality company. <\/li>\n
• Excellent Excel skills and knowledgeable in using Microsoft Financial and IBM Planning Systems.<\/li>\n
• Ensuring compliance with Financial and Cost Accounting Systems and Financial Policies and procedure of the Company.<\/li>\n
• Understanding of financial data, interpreting financial reports, conducting research across the organisation, generating statistics to drive the business forward and knowing the market trends. <\/li>\n
• Compliance with both internal and external Audit requirements.<\/li>\n
• Pro-active communication with fellow Ambassadors, Vendors, and Suppliers always with Company's interests in mind.<\/li>\n
• Time management skills and the ability to work under pressure.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
