Our Client is an investment company. Through their subsidiaries, they maintain innovative industrial endeavors around the world.
They are currently looking to hire a Restaurant Manager to be based in Bahrain.
Duties & Responsibilities: <\/p>\n

\n
• Organize stock and equipment, order supplies and oversee building maintenance, cleanliness and security<\/li>\n
• Plan and work to budgets, maximize profits and achieve sales targets set by head office<\/li>\n
• Control takings in the restaurant and administer payrolls<\/li>\n
• Recruit new staff, and train and develop existing staff<\/li>\n
• Coordinate staff scheduling and rotas, and motivate and encourage staff to achieve targets<\/li>\n
• Ensure standards of hygiene are maintained and that the restaurant complies with health and safety regulations<\/li>\n
• Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained<\/li>\n
• Implement and instill in your team company policies, procedures and ethics<\/li>\n
• Implement branded promotional campaigns from head office, including the handling of point-of-sale promotional materials, or devise your own promotional campaigns<\/li>\n
• Prepare reports and other performance analysis documentation<\/li>\n
• Report to, and attend regular meetings with area managers or head office representatives<\/li>\n
• Establish relationships with the local community and undertake activities that comply with the company's corporate social responsibility programmed<\/li>\n
• Achieve sales & profit target -manage P&L to required budgets<\/li>\n
• Maintain & improve QSC standards ensuring profitability, sales growth & other agreed goals<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  Qualification & Requirements:<\/p>\n

  • 3-5 years of experience in the fast food industry<\/li>\n
  • Excellent customer service skills<\/li>\n
  • Strong communication skills, tact and diplomacy<\/li>\n
  • Ability to lead and motivate teams and influence people<\/li>\n
  • Good English level<\/li>\n
  • Self-motivation and ambition<\/li>\n
  • Enthusiasm and the ability to learn quickly<\/li>\n
  • Good organizational skills<\/li>\n
  • Energy and stamina, as well as resilience<\/li>\n
  • A results-driven approach to work<\/li>\n
  • Decision-making and problem-solving skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
