Key Accountabilities<\/p>\n

• Work with the Customer Insights Technology (CIT) team to build and maintain the technical aspects of WMS application (development, administration, maintenance) including but not restricted to analysis, design, estimation, development of business requirements.<\/li>\n
• Collaborate with project and vendor teams on related projects<\/li>\n
• Lead the design and development of WMS modules and business processes for improved customer and staff experience based on established standards.<\/li>\n
• Perform initial design reviews and recommend improvements<\/li>\n
• Translate functional and non-functional requirements into technical design and transfer the knowledge to team<\/li>\n
• Assist in timely L2\/L3 troubleshooting of applications and any other vendor applications under team\u2019s purview<\/li>\n
• Support data migration from and integration with source applications<\/li>\n
• Work in a structured waterfall development as well as agile methodology<\/li>\n
• Lead in the set-up, deployments and maintenance of all environments including production.<\/li>\n
• Document all requirements functionally and technically<\/li>\n
• Conduct code reviews, testing and work closely with QA team (where applicable) for SIT and with business for UAT<\/li>\n
• Contribute to the overall enterprise architecture and adapt to new technology domains & associated integrations<\/li>\n
• Support the training of new team members on existing business processes and required tools<\/li>\n
• Ensure that CIT Governance Process is followed<\/li>\n
• Support on other applications under team\u2019s purview<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
