\u2022Developing and sustaining solid relationships with key clients that bring in the most income for the company.
\u2022 Addressing and resolving key clients\u2019 complaints.
\u2022 Acting as the main point of contact between key clients and internal teams.
\u2022 Supervising the account teams assigned to each key client.
\u2022 Communicating and collaborating with the printing, design, marketing, sales, and logistics departments to ensure that key clients\u2019 needs are met.
\u2022 Compiling reports on account progress, goals, and forecasts for account teams and stakeholders.
\u2022 Developing a thorough understanding of key clients' needs and requirements and preparing customized solutions.
\u2022 Negotiating contracts with key clients and meeting established deadlines for the fulfillment of each client's long-term goals
\u2022 Manage financial accounts and assets for the area to ensure that trade marketing resources are secure and used in the most efficient and effective manner possible.
Job Requirements<\/p>\n

Minimum of 15 years of experience, 5 of them in the same position<\/p>\n

Food, FMCG Experience is a must
Keen attention to detail and adherence to deadlines<\/p>\n

Bachelor\u2019s degree.<\/p>\n

An ability to deliver projects and answer inquiries on time<\/p>\n

Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs<\/p>\n

Strong verbal and written communication skills
