Senior Planning Engineer
Profile Must Have :
\u2022 Engineering degree with 10-15 years\u2019 experience in Project execution preferably in an Engineering \/ EPIC firm<\/strong>
\u2022 Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS office tools especially MS Excel
\u2022 At least 10 years\u2019 Experience in handling FEED and Detailed Engineering projects<\/strong>
\u2022 Knowledge in EPIC work processes
Main Accountabilities:
General:
\u2022 To develop a Schedule compliant with the selected execution strategy.
\u2022 To plan in order to mitigate risks and reduce costs.
\u2022 To define and optimize the necessary resources (E-P-C-I).
\u2022 To define the Planning & Scheduling system (methods, procedures, time-schedules, physical progress, dashboards, etc).
Proposal:
\u2022 To define for the Management, the Proposal Manager and the Estimation Department a Contract duration realistic and feasible for execution by Technip Energies.
Project:
\u2022 Responsible for the development, updating and maintenance of Project Planning & scheduling system (methods, procedures, time-schedules, physical progress, dashboards, etc).
\u2022 To define the Project Breakdown Structures.
\u2022 To plan to ensure the work fronts at site and timely deliveries.
\u2022 To plan in order to mitigate risks and reduce costs.
\u2022 To support Client approval process of the Schedule Baseline by providing accurate data.
\u2022 To get Client approval of progress claimed or milestones achieved in order to enable invoicing.
\u2022 To increase Project team member\u2019s awareness of the Project Milestones, main durations and critical paths.
\u2022 To monitor and control the project status, to detect any delay and to propose corrective actions in order to mitigate risks and prevent any delay when assigned to project as and when necessary. <\/p>\n
