On their behalf, we are looking to hire a Business Analyst for their Health Insurance vertical.
Your Responsibilities<\/p>\n

\n
• Consults with functional unit management and personnel to identify, define and document business needs and objectives, current operational procedures, problems, input and output requirements, and levels of systems access.<\/li>\n
• Engagement with business and technical teams establishing trust-based relationship<\/li>\n
• Analyzes the feasibility of, and prepares requirements for, new systems and enhancements to existing systems ensures the system design fits the needs of the users.<\/li>\n
• Analyzes the issues of the existing systems reported by users, designs and coordinates the solution<\/li>\n
• Conducts change impact analysis to assess the potential implications of changes and documents business rules, functions and requirements.<\/li>\n
• Recommended solutions should be developed in consultation with impacted internal and external stakeholders, but should remain objective and independent of the specific stakeholders.<\/li>\n
• Translate business requirements into functional specification<\/li>\n
• Prioritizing the business requirements and functional deliveries to effectively meet the needs of the business areas and the customers<\/li>\n
• Managing the backlog of enhancements and issues with a clear status<\/li>\n
• Support the delivery team to deliver new products \/ features and\/ or iterations to existing products to meet user needs<\/li>\n
• Work closely \/ coordinate with solution architect, and software development team (vendors) and business to ensure the completion of all aspects of business requirement within required scope.<\/li>\n
• Support the Health & Life Platform Manager, Project Managers with the definition of the vision, goals and preparing the product roadmap as per agreed priorities<\/li>\n
• Obtain, review and challenge the effort estimates from developers and testers. Discuss estimates with the Platform \/ Project Manager for approval, ensuring that the development budget is not exceeded<\/li>\n
• Create low level design document\/Integration specification including data fields mapping (as required).<\/li>\n
• Work Closely with Test Lead(s) to define the test plan, test scripts, technical integration test cases and user acceptance tests<\/li>\n
• Participates \/ execute \/ coordinate testing of new system functionality.<\/li>\n
• Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately<\/li>\n
• Preparation of system release notes, user manuals, develops training curriculum and conducts formal training sessions for business users and service delivery team.<\/li>\n
• Manage relationships with solution providers (vendors) and ensure they deliver as per plan and requirements & scope<\/li>\n
• Support Project manager(s) in coordinating other activities related to the project.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  Your Qualifications<\/p>\n

  \n
  • Sound knowledge of the healthcare insurance business in the current UAE \/ Gulf market<\/li>\n
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in business analysis<\/li>\n
  • Minimum 5 years of experience working in the domain of IT developments<\/li>\n
  • Experience of working with development teams and solution providers<\/li>\n
  • Experience in assessing, documenting and executing project requirements, scope analysis, and test plans, delivering projects on time and within scope<\/li>\n
  • Experience in organizing and coordinating the delivery and testing with business, developers and testing team<\/li>\n
  • Sound knowledge of Healthcare insurance business with current market knowledge (specifics of the Healthcare insurance in the Gulf region)<\/li>\n
  • Support the Project Managers with the definition of the vision, goals and preparing the product roadmap as per agreed priorities<\/li>\n
  • Support the realization of business cases through related KPIs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
