Job Description :
Robert Walters Middle East is working with an industry-leading consultancy looking to hire a CFO to join their team to serve as a key member of the leadership team and provide commercial, strategic and financial insights to the business.
Key Responsibilities: <\/p>\n

\n
• Spearhead the accounting and finance function<\/li>\n
• Be involved in evaluating the financial performance and objectives for the business<\/li>\n
• Provide financial and strategic insights on the growth plans of the organisation<\/li>\n
• Manage the implementation of systems and automate processes<\/li>\n
• Develop budgeting reports, forecasting and analysis<\/li>\n
• Manage and review the month-end closing activities<\/li>\n
• Oversee the cash management life-cycle for the business<\/li>\n
• Handle investment activities, due diligence, risk and analysis for decision making<\/li>\n
• Seek investment opportunities and provide recommendations<\/li>\n
• Be involved in process improvement and implement policies and processes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  Qualifications: <\/p>\n

  \n
  • Must have a Finance or Accounting degree and qualified<\/li>\n
  • Over 15 years of experience working in an international scope with a multinational or listed business<\/li>\n
  • Must have hands-on systems experience and be well-versed with finance transformation and process improvement projects<\/li>\n
  • Strong communication and leadership skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
