The SERVICE of Drilling Methods Engineer encompasses mainly the following parts:
Asset Support:
\u2013 Leadership of DIP implementation within an asset "Indicators: Systematic DIP weekly meeting attendance + 2 DIP meetings organized per year + At least one REX to be published"
\u2013 Participate to DWOP, CWOP (if require).
\u2013 Promote Well barrier implementation in all blocks.
Engineering:
\u2013 Take in charge specific engineering studies when required by Asset
Engineering software:
\u2013 Support engineering team regarding in-house software Wellmap.
\u2013 Follow-up updates or technical improvements.
\u2013 Follow-up Wellmap compliance for the affiliate detailing for each well drilled, the status in Wellmap and the QAQC done to ensure consistency of the database.
\u2013 Run monthly QAQC on Wellmap database and communicate results.
\u2013 Anti-collision \uf0e0 Follow-up surveying and anti-collision subject with DD\/MWD companies for all blocks
\u2013 Directional Drilling & Tubular Running Services KPI\u2019s Contracts and Procurements
\u2013 Prepare Call For Tenders when required.
\u2013 Perform regular SAP QA\/QC to ensure equipment availability and good data entry from ACT\/ATS (Monthly).
\u2013 Procurement planning (Consuption forecast for all equipments) "Monthly report"
\u2013 Prepare MEMO "Interblock purchase or loan & replace \/ Purchase + SSJ"
\u2013 DCA (Article creation request).
\u2013 Service order (Memo, SSJ, DA).
Additional tasks:
\u2013 Participate in the preparation and issue of the end of well operations report
\u2013 Provide analysis of standard and specific operations, with conclusive reports, supported by collection of operational data
\u2013 Provide support to engineers on specific well operations, ensuring the integration of debriefing notes in the specific well programs
\u2013 Propose plan forward to minimize recurrent non-productive time.
\u2013 Prepare end of phase reports and statistical database monitoring and comparing performance
