Job Description
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES<\/p>\n

• Process check requests and expense reports on a regular basis.<\/li>\n
• Accurately review, code, and process vendor invoices.<\/li>\n
• Perform monthly reconciliations.<\/li>\n
• Maintain a large number of vendor accounts while staying in compliance with company policies and procedures.<\/li>\n
• Perform data entry associated with accounts payable.<\/li>\n
• Review and reconcile invoice discrepancies.<\/li>\n
• Address and respond to vendor inquiries.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  Experience\/Background<\/p>\n

  \n
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting\/ Finance-REQUIRED.<\/li>\n
  • Fluency in English.<\/li>\n
  • Knowledge of US GAAP.<\/li>\n
  • Max 2 years of experience.<\/li>\n
  • knowledge of ERP and data processing systems- PREFERRED.<\/li>\n
  • Strong knowledge of accounting.<\/li>\n
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.<\/li>\n
  • Good analytical skills.<\/li>\n
  • Proactive nature.<\/li>\n
  • Good skill level on Excel, Word & Outlook.<\/li>\n
  • Team Player. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
