The Talent Specialist is responsible for sourcing top minds to funneling the best ones to our functional heads for interviews and selection. Making sure that current talent is motivated, rewarded and has a best in class working environment is a main responsibility of our Talent Specialist. Primary responsibilities <\/p>\n

Source, evaluate and streamline top talent <\/p>\n

Create and maintain a database of top talent for future positions <\/p>\n

Monitor the industry, identify and recommend human resource management best practices to implement <\/p>\n

Keep job requirements and descriptions up to date for all positions <\/p>\n

Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives performance <\/p>\n

Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs <\/p>\n

Provide decision support to HR Director through HR metrics
Requirements <\/p>\n

1 to 3 years of proven working experience in HR <\/p>\n

Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills <\/p>\n

Basic knowledge of Egyptian labor law <\/p>\n

BS\/MS degree in Human Resources or Management would be preferred <\/p>\n

Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
* Strong organizational skills
