Our client, a well-established metalwork company in the UAE, is currently looking for a BIM modeler to be based in Sharjah. In this role, you will have the following responsibilities:<\/p>\n

\n
• 3D Architectural modeling &; 2D drafting and detailing &; co-ordination.<\/li>\n
• Complete design coordination with design teams including review, comments &; RFI.<\/li>\n
• Coordinate with other disciplines to ensure the modeling proceeding complete coordination with all the project partners.<\/li>\n
• ID detailed Modeling, as built drawings, plans, elevations, Sections, architectural shop drawings .etc.<\/li>\n
• Modify plans to suit the needs of project.<\/li>\n
• Customized Revit family creations, effective architecture and structural modeling.<\/li>\n
• Sheet generation for all stages of submissions &; exporting the files into various formats.<\/li>\n
• Handling team and documenting the working progress for all consultant BIM coordinators.<\/li>\n
• Updates models\/ drawings as per changes in design and material approval for each project work.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  To be considered in this role, you need to meet the following criteria:<\/p>\n

  <\/p>\n

  • Diploma\/Bachelor of Civil Engineering degree\/B.Arch\/ ITI<\/li>\n
  • With at least 5 years work experience, working as a BIM Modeller\/Revit<\/li>\n
  • With 3- 8 years experience in Revit &; 2+ years of minimum GCC experience<\/li>\n
  • Currently located\/based in the UAE<\/li>\n
  • Ideally someone who has worked in the UAE<\/li>\n
  • Good knowledge in English; it would be a plus if candidate is also fluent in Hindi or Urdu<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
