Your Responsibilities<\/p>\n

• Own the client relationship and set efficient governance mechanism to ensure delivery excellence across all engagement streams<\/li>\n
• Maintain and enrich the relationship with the leadership team in the client organization<\/li>\n
• Conduct regular review meetings with internal stakeholders as well as client stakeholders<\/li>\n
• Establish a strong delivery team, in a hybrid model of onsite & offshore delivery locations<\/li>\n
• Experienced in working in a multi-location multi-time zone environment<\/li>\n
• Identify opportunities for cross selling and up selling and increase the Capgemini footprint within the account<\/li>\n
• Be the first point of escalation for any delivery issues within the engagement<\/li>\n
• Organizing and steering the engagement team<\/li>\n
• Forecast monthly revenue, monthly head count requirement<\/li>\n
• Plan for demand management and fulfillment for the account<\/li>\n
• Create an effective structure to manage large teams<\/li>\n
• Support invoicing process and cash collection from the client<\/li>\n
• Ensuring capture of engagement best practices<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  Your Qualifications<\/p>\n

  \n
  • Understanding of delivery operations (10+ years of experience)<\/li>\n
  • Experience in delivering custom development engagements, including front end development<\/li>\n
  • Knowledge of AMS tools and practices -Service management<\/li>\n
  • Understanding of the Financial Services business<\/li>\n
  • Solid understanding of open banking and its related technologies<\/li>\n
  • Strong client management and presentation skills<\/li>\n
  • Excellent communication and project management skills<\/li>\n
  • PMP certified is a plus<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
