• Scouting for bids, tenders, and opportunities to gain a business contract for our company.<\/li>\n
• Identify opportunities for bid submissions and raise them with the senior management team.<\/li>\n
• Conduct research and brainstorm key points to include in the bid.<\/li>\n
• Devising a successful strategy for winning a bid, including pinpointing the unique selling points (key differentiators), knowing the company\u2019s operating and profit margins, and understanding the clients\u2019 specific requirements.<\/li>\n
• Arranging scope priorities per opportunity and arranging opportunities on a high-level based on available resources.<\/li>\n
• Communicating and arranging the task delegation to all internal stakeholders; All the departments that will provide the required information, data, or work to successfully compile the bid requirements.<\/li>\n
• Summarize and report the bid opportunities and their critical definition points to the direct manager.<\/li>\n
• Conduct team briefings once bids have been secured.<\/li>\n
• Assessing and addressing the technical and commercial risks relating to the bids.<\/li>\n
• Responding to clients\u2019 and other stakeholders\u2019 queries before, during, and after the bid has been submitted.<\/li>\n
• Identify & implement innovative ways for improving the efficiency of the proposal process.<\/li>\n
• Creating and engineering proposals from scratch, and the possession of strong bilingual properties in Arabic and English to maintain a flexible narrative; both for creating simple terminology for clients to understand, and complex terminology to tackle financial, legal, and business tones as required.<\/li>\n
• Understand interdependencies between technology, operations, and business needs.<\/li>\n
• Participate and\/or drive feasibility studies, vendor selections, and proposals for evaluation by appropriate key stakeholders.<\/li>\n
• Work closely with project managers, operations, commercial, and senior personnel.<\/li>\n
• Coordinating with the support teams to create the visual or aesthetic aspects of proposals and refreshing these themes to keep the proposals lively.<\/li>\n
• Maintaining tabs and records on pending opportunities and tracking information as well as updates on applications that were submitted.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n

  \n
  • Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Business Economics, or any other related field.<\/li>\n
  • 7+ years of experience in proposal development and project management.<\/li>\n
  • Proven skills in writing and editing proposal content within a complex business environment.<\/li>\n
  • Excellent analytical skills.<\/li>\n
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.<\/li>\n
  • Proven ability to demonstrate a drive for results and accountability of business needs<\/li>\n
  • Excellent level of proficiency with MS Office Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.<\/li>\n
  • Excellent writing and content creation Skills.<\/li>\n
  • Ability to deliver compliant, professionally produced proposals within customer agreed-upon requirements and timeframes.<\/li>\n
  • Proven ability to work in an ambiguous environment and collaborate across multiple areas to achieve a common business objective. <\/li>\n
  • Superb teamwork and interpersonal abilities.<\/li>\n
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.<\/li>\n
  • Organizational and time-management skills.<\/li>\n
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English.<\/li>\n
