Summary<\/p>\n

The Traffic Manager will be responsible for overall traffic and process management for The Corporation.
Group Management:<\/p>\n

Manages all the traffic services for all projects from request to release.\u00b7<\/p>\n

Manage the distribution of work between staff to allow appropriate resources to handle the volume of work evenly\u00b7<\/p>\n

Ensure the appropriate established schedules are being met, and that the traffic team is pro-actively managing projects through the system\u00b7<\/p>\n

Train staff on technical and procedural process\u00b7<\/p>\n

Directs the internal workflow between the traffic, Departments to facilitate projects from input to release, ensuring the proper process is followed\u00b7<\/p>\n

Lead team meetings\u00b7<\/p>\n

Responsible for understanding the costs, time lines and resources needed to complete a project\u00b7<\/p>\n

Responsible for monitoring all Accounts and deliverables\u00b7<\/p>\n

Review time and resource needs submitted by team members on Accounts\u00b7<\/p>\n

Tracking of Account monthly job status to ensure proper resources are aligned to support the work\u00b7<\/p>\n

Communicate with and update CEO regarding group matters on a weekly basis \u00b7
Clients\/ Accounts Engagement Management :<\/p>\n

Overall responsibility for Clients relationships\u00b7<\/p>\n

Manage and monitor the timing and quality of Account deliverables\u00b7<\/p>\n

Coordinate and communicate with key Account contacts\u00b7<\/p>\n

Supervise, delegate, mentor and teach Managers assigned to Account \u00b7
Staff Management<\/p>\n

Be a leader, mentor, and provide guidance to team\u00b7<\/p>\n

Coordinate overall staffing plan for traffic department that includes managing and monitoring work in progress\u00b7<\/p>\n

Provide on-the-job coaching and training to traffic supervisors and the marketing team\u00b7<\/p>\n

Create a positive work environment\u00b7<\/p>\n

Ensure Supervisors provide performance feedback to direct reports \u00b7
Requirements<\/p>\n

Great educational background, preferably in the fields of computer science or engineering.<\/p>\n

3 years of Proven working experience as a technical project manager in the Mobile \/ Web technology sector.<\/p>\n

Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies<\/p>\n

Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills<\/p>\n

Excellent written and verbal communication skills<\/p>\n

Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills<\/p>\n

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Jira, or similar.<\/p>\n

Solid knowledge about the value of metrics and incremental delivery.<\/p>\n

Good knowledge about tasks, backlog tracking, burndown metrics, velocity, user stories, etc.
* Familiar with common development practices, Service-oriented environments, and Agile practices.<\/p>\n
