NOC Support Engineer<\/h3>\n

Duties;<\/strong><\/p>\n

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related Network Problem for Consumer.<\/li>\n
• Analytical thinking, fast reactions, problem solving ability, excellent communication skills and customer Service skills.<\/li>\n
• Follow technical instructions to ensure adherence to corporate quality standards<\/li>\n
• Escalate unresolved calls to the next level support team using Service Desk ticketing system<\/li>\n
• Take ownership of user problems and follow up the status of problems on behalf of the user and communicate progress in a timely manner.<\/li>\n
• Maintain a high degree of customer service for all support queries and adhere to all service management principles.<\/li>\n
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.<\/li>\n
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced, high pressure environment.<\/li>\n
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  Requirements for the position are;<\/strong><\/p>\n

  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science or any related field.<\/li>\n
  • Minimum one year of work experience in network Field preferred have ISP Experience.<\/li>\n
  • Hands on experience in networking, routing, and switching.<\/li>\n
  • Hands on experience Network Management Platforms and Tools<\/li>\n
  • Network fundamentals – IP subnetting, DHCP, DNS and ARP.<\/li>\n
  • L2 technologies – VLAN\/802.1q concepts, STP<\/li>\n
  • L3 technologies – general routing – BGP, OSPF, route redistribution<\/li>\n
  • Hands on experience in Cisco, Juniper, Zhone technologies.<\/li>\n
