Job Description:-<\/p>\n

Respond and follow-up customer calls to ensure customer satisfaction.<\/p>\n

Give the best customer centric experience to the customer.<\/p>\n

Provide personalized indirect customer service by responding to the needs of the each customer<\/p>\n

Log shipment collection requests.<\/p>\n

Track customers\u2019 shipments in order to answer customer\u2019s inquiries for updates on products as Express, Domestic, Shop & Ship and personalized.<\/p>\n

Handle and resolve customers\u2019 complaints and root certain issues and inquiries which are not under the contact center scope of responsibility to the concerned departments\/CMTs.<\/p>\n

Provides products and service information to customers as needed.<\/p>\n

Answer customers\u2019 general inquiries.
Job Requirements:-<\/p>\n

Good communication skills.<\/p>\n

Excellent command of English.<\/p>\n

Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.<\/p>\n
