What you will doing:<\/p>\n

As a Data Scientist you will be responsible for providing:<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
\n
Employ machine learning and statistical modeling to solve for marketing challenges and proactively identify opportunities.<\/li>\n
Analyze and extract insights from internal and external data<\/li>\n
Work with Big Data and transform complex datasets into more usable formats<\/li>\n
Work with a variety of data science tools and programming languages such as SAS, Python, R, Scala, SQL<\/li>\n
Work independently and collaborate with other groups to solve complex problems<\/li>\n
Create and present analyses to internal clients and stakeholders.<\/li>\n
Understand the realities of model development and make pragmatic and business-aware choices when trading-off sophistication and accuracy versus<\/li>\n
Work closely with marketing stakeholders, collect requirements, and deliver high-value solutions that drive customer and business value.<\/li>\n
Use quantitative and statistical methods to generate insights from structured and unstructured data.<\/li>\n
Data science priorities include cross-sell and retention modeling.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

What you will bring:<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
\n
Computer Science, or Statistics Diploma<\/li>\n
Advanced knowledge in model evaluation, tuning and performance, operationalization and scalability of scientific techniques, and establishing decision strategies<\/li>\n
Hands-on experience developing supervised and unsupervised machine learning algorithms (regression, decision trees\/random forest, neural networks, feature selection\/reduction, clustering, parameter tuning, etc.)<\/li>\n
Programming skills in Python, R, SQL, Spark, Scala, or MatLab<\/li>\n
Experience with Azure ML is a plus<\/li>\n
Ability to gather and analyze large amounts of data expeditiously. Develop compelling and insightful recommendations to inform strategic decisions by leaders and teams<\/li>\n
Experience in advanced quantitative analysis including regression, classification, clustering, and time-series analyses<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
\n
Comfortable working with modern data technologies. Familiarity with database modeling and data warehousing principles<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
