Job Responsibilities<\/p>\n

Administers and runs all payrolls across the acquired entities in accordance with operating procedures and deadlines ensuring that all payrolls are processed efficiently, effectively, accurately and are paid on time following strict deadlines. <\/p>\n

Keep up to date with relevant labor laws and regulations in the acquired stations . <\/p>\n

Ensure to process all final settlements properly in a timely manner. <\/p>\n

Collect and analyze data from multiple sources as required <\/p>\n

Oversee salary changes, compensations, deductions, bonus, vacations payouts, and benefits for employees in the allocated entities. <\/p>\n

Ensure that salary calculation is processed successfully with ZERO error. <\/p>\n

Handling P&B tickets such as Ticket Encashment, Annual Leave Salary, Flight booking, etc. through HR Shared Service Portal. <\/p>\n

Answer employees' queries about payroll.
Job Requirements<\/p>\n

1-3 years\u2019 corporate experience, ideally including some HR or Staffing Coordination experience. <\/p>\n

Bachelor's degree and\/or certification in HR, Business Administration, or related field are preferred. <\/p>\n

Passion for delivering world-class customer service with focused attentiveness and responsiveness to customer needs. <\/p>\n

Demonstrate the ability to multitask with strong attention to details <\/p>\n

Acts proactively to achieve results and always strives to deliver more than is expected before being asked to. <\/p>\n

Excellent organizational skills and initiative to improve processes.
