Our client is a well-established high-end interior fit out and landscaping turnkey contractor and as part of their growth, we are recruiting a UAE experienced project manager from the interior fit out and landscaping industry to join their Dubai operations.<\/p>\n

The successful candidate will be accountable for managing high end residential and commercial interior fit out and landscaping projects from design through to handover to ensure the timely completion of projects within budget.<\/p>\n

Candidates must have proven capabilities in interior fit out project management from scope, design, procurement, production, cost and risk management, manpower planning, client relationship management and project delivery.<\/p>\n

Role Summary<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
\n
Develop detailed project execution plans based on the client brief, budget and agreed timescales.<\/li>\n
Collaborate with procurement, QA\/QS, designers to prepare project and resource plans, budgets and costings, procurement lists and BOQs.<\/li>\n
Project manage the entire lifecycle from design, materials, equipment and resources planning, construction, snagging and handover.<\/li>\n
Liaise with clients for project progress reviews, variations, slippages, payments and resolution of issues.<\/li>\n
Manage the approvals process for DEWA and Dubai Municipality.<\/li>\n
Plan subcontractor resources and ensure optimal subcontractor productivity.<\/li>\n
Check sub-contractor invoices and prepare final settlement bills payments for suppliers and sub-contractors.<\/li>\n
Prepare and submit final project reports.<\/li>\n
Ensure all onsite health and safety measures are adhered to.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

Mandatory Skills & Experience<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
\n
Dubai Municipality approved with 7 \u2013 10 years\u2019 experience in interior fit out, landscaping and civil works onsite project management ensuring quality, cost control, safety, manpower utilization and handover in the agreed budget and timescales.<\/li>\n
Experience of managing projects within the agreed scope, schedule and budget and exceeding quality standards.<\/li>\n
Resource planning, cost management, manpower mobilization, reading drawings and specifications.<\/li>\n
Experience in landscaping \u2013 hardscaping, soft scaping irrigation, swimming pools, water features.<\/li>\n
Ability to foresee issues and delays and mitigate risks.<\/li>\n
Knowledge of AutoCAD and Primavera is mandatory.<\/li>\n
UAE driving license is mandatory.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
