Implementing the strategic goals and plans of the Installation department, monitoring the achievements, developing, implementing proactive\/corrective actions and responsible for supervising the workflow of the projects ensuring that it is being handled in a timely, efficient manner.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Job Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n

• Accomplishing department objectives by managing staff; planning and evaluating the activities, business lines, projects, and products as well. <\/strong><\/li>\n
• Monitoring the performance of the engineers and carrying out actions to ensure new opportunities are always available.<\/strong><\/li>\n
• Liaising with suppliers and workshop in coordination with Purchasing Department to ensure that necessary equipment and supplies are available in the needed time. <\/strong><\/li>\n
• Liaising with the respective departments, ensuring enough inventories are available at the required time.<\/strong><\/li>\n
• Providing the technical advice for the team and being available to attend and solve installation issues. <\/strong><\/li>\n
• Acting as a leader in the site, assigning the responsibilities and defining the roles.<\/strong><\/li>\n
• Setting the operational day-to-day objectives. <\/strong><\/li>\n
• Assigning the manpower between projects and ensuring maximum utilization and productivity rates.<\/strong><\/li>\n
• Monitoring the quality measures and ensuring customer satisfaction.<\/strong><\/li>\n
• Being innovative in terms of trying to get opportunities through reference that are being collected from the industry and communicating with installation Team accordingly.<\/strong><\/li>\n
• Ensuring a safe and healthy working environment by fostering the health and safety procedures and monitoring the staff adherence to it. <\/strong><\/li>\n
• Leading a team of installation staffs and technicians and motivating them for better performance.<\/strong><\/li>\n
• Supporting Project engineers in planning shifts and working hours.<\/strong><\/li>\n
• Dealing with emergencies and unplanned problems.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  <\/p>\n

  Experience and Education<\/strong><\/p>\n

  <\/p>\n

  \n
  • A minimum of 12 years experience of which at least 5 years in handling managerial role in the same field.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  • Relevant Engineering degree<\/strong><\/li>\n
  • Strong interpersonal skills<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
