To manage and lead a team of accountants and administrators who provide
outsourced accounting and reporting data.
Responsibilities<\/p>\n

To lead and motivate the team.<\/p>\n

To deliver reports and data on a timely basis.<\/p>\n

To create and deliver standards of excellence.

Technical Skills<\/p>\n

Experience of using one or more of Sage, Quickbooks, CCH, Xero or similar.<\/p>\n

Ability to produce budgets, financial statements and cash flow forecasts.<\/p>\n

Excellent knowledge of accounting systems, modelling and forecasting.<\/p>\n

Understanding of risk management frameworks.<\/p>\n

Excellent knowledge of accounting standards (e.g. GAAP, IFRS).<\/p>\n

Knowledge of VAT.<\/p>\n

Ability to speak and communicate in English.
Relevant Experience<\/p>\n

Experience of delivering outsourced accounting, administration and business
reporting services.<\/p>\n

Previous experience within a financial services organisation.
Qualifications<\/p>\n

The successful candidate will be CPA\/CFA\/ACA\/ACCA\/CIMA qualified
accountant with PQE.<\/p>\n

A finance and accounting graduate with significant post graduate experience
may also be considered.
