Job Description<\/p>\n

Manage the development activities for Customizations, Interfaces, Data Migration, Reports, Output Documents and unit test <\/p>\n

Provide detailed task planning, effort estimation and progress tracking to the ERP Associate Director for all development related activities and ensure the development team deliver to project plans. <\/p>\n

Actively participate in risk management and change management on projects. <\/p>\n

Direct and oversee both onshore and offshore developers ensuring the prescribed development best practice processes are followed, and all deliverables are completed to the required (high) quality. <\/p>\n

Work with functional leads to ensure the technical solution are fit for purpose. <\/p>\n

Assist in defining and optimizing simple yet effective business processes and drive change within the organization through negotiation and consensus-building. <\/p>\n

Manage business expectations and ensure Key user satisfaction. <\/p>\n

Provide hands on implementation and post implementation support utilizing prescribed software design lifecycle techniques and system documentation techniques (AIMS\/OUM).
Skills<\/p>\n

10+ years hands on Oracle E-Business experience or an equivalent ERP technology, 5 years in team lead or manager roles. <\/p>\n

At least 2 project roles leading offshore development teams. <\/p>\n

Proficient in following waterfall development methodologies and Oracle AIM\/OUM documentation standards. <\/p>\n

Expert knowledge of Oracle development tools, some e-Business application functionality, system administration, database structure, and knowledge of a multi-Org architecture. <\/p>\n

Technical requirements: SQL, PL\/SQL, Unix Script, Java, XML, JDeveloper, Oracle Reports\/Forms, Oracle Workflow, Oracle BI Publisher, APEX, AME, ODI, OBIA, OBIEE, weblogic. <\/p>\n

Must have good experience translating business requirements and design into technical solutions. <\/p>\n

Have led at least 2 technical migration projects. <\/p>\n

Knowledge of EBS Oracle versions R12. <\/p>\n

Some functional knowledge of core Oracle EBS Modules would be beneficial. <\/p>\n

Knowledge of Fusion integration would be beneficial. <\/p>\n

Ability to research, learn, troubleshoot and support complex system customizations. <\/p>\n

Ability to multi-task and priorities across concurrent projects may be required.
