Job Description
\u2022 Ensure compliance of the integrated management system with regulatory, statutory, and customer requirements.
\u2022 Perform Internal and external audits in addition to audit program planning. Prepares the audit and observation reports. Follows up audit action plans.
\u2022 Perform Periodic supervision & monitoring of production sites in order to ensure the effectiveness of food safety and quality systems implementation by the production \/factory employees.
\u2022 Responsible for the Pest Management Program.
\u2022 Ensure the effectiveness of the traceability system and perform periodic audits to evaluate the system.
\u2022 Analyze trends of complaints, returns, NCRs, and supplier evaluations and develop potential solutions for improvement.
\u2022 Prepares, updates, and approves the QA and GMP SOPs, instructions, records and logbooks.
\u2022 Act as system owner for QMS processes as per the QA task distribution plan (e.g. Managing Quality incidents, Complaints, lab investigation investigations, change, etc).
\u2022 Work closely with the development team to improve existing products.
\u2022 Responsible for the complaints handling system including investigation and corrective action approval.
\u2022 Responsible for the quality and food safety training system for the blue collars.
\u2022 Follows up and support the embedding of quality and food safety culture by ensuring the right behaviors are followed at all stages of operations, awareness, and proper documentation.
\u2022 Address trends of GMP observations and incidents. Provides guidance for issuing the site\u2019s improvement plans.
\u2022 Contribute in problem solving & investigation after any incidence and approves investigation report.
\u2022 Ensure effectiveness of the CAPA system.
Job Requirements
\u2022 Minimum experience of 4 years as QA in food production field.
\u2022 Excellent command of English speaking and writing.
\u2022 Food safety and quality lead auditor is preferred.
\u2022 Good customer focus.
\u2022 Sharp attention to detail.
\u2022 Good communication, conflict management, stress management, planning, and time management skills.
\u2022 Great team player with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
\u2022 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
\u2022 Robust data analysis and presentation skills.<\/p>\n
