Job Description Lead of Procurement<\/p>\n

• Overseas all Contractor procurement activities for the NFE Onshore Project. Works to assure a Procurement & Materials program that meets the needs of the project, is cost-effective, expedient, and in compliance with Company policies and procedures. Ensures that all Procurement & Materials requirements for the Project, are met and that the requirements of the EPC Contract in respect of procurement and materials are complied with by the Contractor<\/li>\n
• The Lead of Procurement is responsible for ensuring that the Contractor has a robust and achievable Procurement Schedule that supports the overall project construction schedule. Taking into consideration the overall procurement cycle from RFQ to delivery at site.<\/li>\n
• Support the EPC Contractor in setting up fabrication priorities and coordinating all EPC requests to suppliers in order to avert overloading of any particular fabrication line.<\/li>\n
• 10+ years management\/Supervisory experience on major projects.<\/li>\n
• CIPS or equivalent an advantage<\/li>\n
• Demonstrable understanding of procurement best practice.<\/li>\n
• In depth knowledge and understanding of the procurement market and key vendors in the oil and gas industry.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
