Job Description
. Responsible for managing all the site\u2019s daily activities.
. Create and Implement Drilling & Blasting Plan to achieve targeted raw material with less equipment and lower cost
. Be responsible for production output, product quality, and on-time shipping.
. Monitoring Contractors and Rented Equipment Performance to maximize productivity and reduce cost.
. Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimal results.
. Monitor operations and trigger corrective actions.
. Share a trusting relationship with the workgroup and manage and develop plant staff.
. Collect and analyze data to find places of waste or overtime.
. Develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity and standards, metrics, and performance targets to ensure effective return on assets.
. Compliance and ensuring implementation of the company QHSE policies
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering
. A strong level of technical understanding of quarrying environments and extraction systems
. Experience (10+ years)
. Strong Experience in Quarries Production, (Drilling & Blasting Experience is a MUST).
\u00b7 Heavy Equipment Operations background is a MUST
