Job Summary
<\/strong>The Plumber will be responsible for installing, repairing and maintaining pipes, fixtures and other plumbing used for water distribution and waste water disposal.
Education & Experience<\/p>\n

• High school diploma or equivalent<\/li>\n
• 2 year of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience in a hotel or related field preferred.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  • Long hours sometimes required.<\/li>\n
  • Medium work – Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and\/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Fundamental Requirements<\/p>\n

      • Perform scheduled maintenance service on plumbing systems and fixtures<\/li>\n
      • Ensure all installations, repairs and maintenance are properly sized, aligned, supported and graded<\/li>\n
      • Maintain all building codes, installation requirements and relevant legislation<\/li>\n
      • Install, repair and maintain water treatment equipment, piping and controls<\/li>\n
      • Install, repair and maintain sinks, tubs and toilets<\/li>\n
      • Test pipe systems and fixtures for leaks<\/li>\n
      • Prepares documentation for the purpose of providing written support and\/or conveying information<\/li>\n
      • Responds to emergency situations for the purpose of resolving immediate safety concerns<\/li>\n
      • Requests equipment and supplies for the purpose of maintaining inventory and ensuring availability of required items.<\/li>\n
      • Perform other related duties as required<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
