Your role
We\u2019re looking for an experienced candidate to:
\u2022support the Country Lead for Group Corporate Services (GCS) on a wide range of strategic and operational matters, ensuring service excellence as well as alignment with local Business and regional stakeholders
\u2022organize and supervise external service providers, ensuring contract management and risk management, service and cost effectiveness
\u2022help develop our local team and manage change in processes and systems
\u2022spearhead our local Environmental Management System
\u2022provide support to management in collecting critical documents, presentations and other communications or follow-ups, ensuring appropriate messaging
Your team
You\u2019ll be working in the GCS team in Qatar, located in Lusail Marina District. Our mission is to provide UBS colleagues locally with a first-class, safe and sustainable working environment in an agile and modern setting. We provide top-notch services in facility management, provider and vendor management, hospitality services, mailing as well as security services.

Your expertise
\u2022minimum 5 years of experience working in a similar function, ideally including vendor management responsibility
\u2022comfortable working independently, as well as in a team
\u2022adaptable with strong interpersonal skills (you have the human touch)
\u2022excellent verbal and written communication skills
\u2022fluent in English. Arabic skills would be desirable
\u2022technology-savvy and proficient user of MS Office
