Job Title-LWD II FIELD SPECIALIST
Duties, Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
4.1\tOperate the LWD field surface software.
4.2\tWorking knowledge of downhole LWD tools operation and configuration.
4.3\tKnow and understand the operational specifications (limits) of the downhole LWD tools.
4.4\tAble to generate field reports using the field reporting software.
4.5\tPerform basic log interpretation and quality control.
4.6\tGenerate final logs and reports.
4.7\tAdheres to internal and external lines of communication and organizational hierarchy.
4.8\tUnderstand basic rig operations \/ personnel.
4.9\tAssist in rig up and rig down of tools and equipment.
4.10\tPerform various other duties and activities as assigned by supervisor within the physical constraints of the job.
4.11\tDemonstrate a personal commitment to Quality, Health, Safety and the Environment.

4.13\tMust understand and comply with all safety rules and company policies of company
Required Skills:
Essential :\t\tCompetent with Microsoft Office
Excellent communication, organization, troubleshooting and teamwork skills. Positive attitude and a high degree of self-discipline and motivation
Relevant industry experience. Requires competency assessment upon hire to evaluate level of knowledge.
Preferred:Completed the qualifications of Weatherford – Level 2 – Drilling Services – LWD as per the Drilling Services competency program.
Required Education:
Essential :\t\tBachelor's degree or
Experience in relevant service line within Weatherford
Preferred :\t\tBachelor's degree in Engineering or Earth Sciences <\/p>\n
