What you will do<\/p>\n

Key Accountability 1: Compressor maintenance service<\/p>\n

\n
• Inspection of compressor on site, produce technical report<\/li>\n
• Carryout dismantling, replacement of parts, overhauling and assembling the compressor<\/li>\n
• Carryout dismantling, replacement of parts, overhauling and assembling the pump<\/li>\n
• Carryout dismantling, replacement of parts and assembling of blower<\/li>\n
• Carryout the field installation, alignment of pump with motor and observe pump operation<\/li>\n
• Carryout the field installation, alignment of blower and observe operation<\/li>\n
• Carryout dismantling, replacement of parts and assembling of motor<\/li>\n
• Run test the compressor, pump & motor in the work shop<\/li>\n
• Carryout the field installation of compressor and observe the compressor working<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  Key Accountability 2: QHSE<\/p>\n

  • Contribute to safe systems of work and the development of quality management systems by ensuring all work practices comply with relevant safety standard<\/li>\n
  • Ensure that measures to protect personal safety and well-being are always in place and that personal actions do not jeopardize the safety and well-being of others<\/li>\n

      Required Skills to be successful<\/p>\n

      • Trouble shooting, Overhauling all type of Chiller compressors (Screw compressor , Semi hematic Compressor)<\/li>\n
      • Able to read, understand electrical circuit diagram and basic functions of compressor, control power, and control components and troubleshoot.<\/li>\n
      • Ability to work with industry specified tools (handling brazing sets, pressure regulators, Vacuum pump, hand tools analogue \/Digital multi-meter and insulation meter<\/li>\n
      • Carryout repair\/ replace, re-commission activities like, replacement of compressor, overhauling of compressor. and pressure testing.<\/li>\n
      • Able to carry out site inspection of chiller compressors and chilled water pump<\/li>\n
      • Respond to recurring problems and emergency services, as needed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        What equips you for the role<\/p>\n

        Minimum Qualifications , Certification and Knowledge:<\/p>\n

        \n
        • Industrial Training Institute (ITI) \/ High School Certificate<\/li>\n
        • Certificate \/ Basic English level 3 (Read & Write)<\/li>\n
        • Basic knowledge of Health and Safety requirements<\/li>\n
        • Good knowledge of Chiller Compressor (Screw compressor & Semi Hematic Compressor)<\/li>\n
        • Good knowledge of Refrigerant Gas, Gas Charging, Gas Recovery, System Vacuuming Method and Commissioning<\/li>\n
        • Responsible for submitting accurate maintenance reports, expense reports, timesheets and other necessary paperwork<\/li>\n

        • Basic understanding of functionality of each parts and equipment standard operating values.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
