Overview of the Role:<\/p>\n

The in-store VM implements the VM guidelines in the store to support the achievement of sales targets, to elevate the customer experience and enhance brand sophistication.<\/p>\n

What you will do:<\/p>\n

Visual Display Responsibilities<\/p>\n

• Creating appealing and eye-catching visual displays that lead the customer through the entire store<\/li>\n
• Maintain store display standards ensuring the brand image and company standards are always projected<\/li>\n
• Accountable for changing signs, maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of fixtures, signage, lights, and equipment<\/li>\n
• Styled mannequins<\/li>\n
• Create monthly floor sets for rollouts<\/li>\n
• Insure maintenance and inventory of the VM tools<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  Business development<\/p>\n

  \n
  • Facilitate sell-out of obsolete or overstock products through attractive displays<\/li>\n
  • Align VM with commercial actions: new ranges, promotions, best sellers<\/li>\n
  • Contribute to set-up in case of events\/opening\/sales<\/li>\n
  • Demonstrate reactivity in term of shortage on best sellers<\/li>\n
  • Where required, support with sales<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Reporting<\/p>\n

    • Send reports and pictures to VM Manager and work closing with SM and team to maintain VM standards<\/li>\n
    • Stay informed and report about city\/mall\/actuality\/events environment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      What equips you for the role:<\/p>\n

      Education: High school degree or equivalent preferred<\/p>\n

      Minimum Experience and Knowledge: <\/p>\n

      2-5 years of retail experience<\/p>\n

      Proven work experience as a visual merchandiser<\/p>\n

      Solid experience in field visual merchandising, including window displays, signs, interior displays and space utilization<\/p>\n
