Roles & responsibilities:<\/p>\n

Providing prevention and intervention in the form of counseling sessions as well as offering social emotional leaning classes. <\/p>\n

Offering timely, professional, and constructive follow up with students, parents, and teachers.<\/p>\n

Maintaining confidentiality of students and student issues within the confines of the school policy and procedures.<\/p>\n

Refering students to external professionals when needed, and coordinate with them as required.<\/p>\n

Contributing to creation, dissemination, and data gathering of surveys within the schools.<\/p>\n

Attending and contribute to school programs and activities.<\/p>\n

Monitoring student behavioral and academic performance.<\/p>\n

Any other duties as assigned.
Job requirements:<\/p>\n

University degree in Counseling, Preventive Mental Health, or Social Work, or Clinical Psychology.<\/p>\n

Basic counseling and therapy skills is a plus.<\/p>\n

2 or more years of experience.<\/p>\n

Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic is essential.<\/p>\n

Strong service orientation, flexibility and understanding of different school stakeholders needs.<\/p>\n

Excellent leadership skills with a gift to motivate and inspire students.<\/p>\n
