Jumeirah development is looking for a Real Estate civil Engineer
Shift: 11 am to 7 pm
Off days: Friday
Work location: October
Requirements:<\/p>\n

Supervising the progress of construction works for the water treatment plant according to specifications and drawings.<\/p>\n

Follow up on-site work progress with the project team on a weekly basis, ensuring that workflow is operating as per approved schedule plan in full compliance with safety and quality control plans.<\/p>\n

Sending weekly reports on the progress of work on ongoing projects to senior management.<\/p>\n

Manage relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.<\/p>\n

Develop original project schedules, control the project during implementation, and adapt baselines to anticipated risks.<\/p>\n

Manage and monitor the baseline schedule taking into account engineering, procurement, finance ,and construction activities in order to maintain progress and completion of projects objectives.
