We are seeking a Project Manager to deliver every project on time within budget and scope. Project managers should have a background in business skills, management, budgeting and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n

Coordinate internal resources and contractors for the flawless execution of projects<\/p>\n

Lead and supervise projects with the most efficiency and to assure the highest quality and productivity of the team.<\/p>\n

Meeting SLAs in delivery and quality.<\/p>\n

Support multiple, ongoing foreign and native language translation management projects from inception, quotation, distribution to transcription service providers.<\/p>\n

Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget<\/p>\n

Ensure resource availability and allocation<\/p>\n

Develop a detailed project plan to track progress<\/p>\n

Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs<\/p>\n

Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques<\/p>\n

Report and escalate to management as needed<\/p>\n

Communicate with clients starting from the project start date until the final delivery<\/p>\n

Issue the service invoices and follow-up on the payments with clients<\/p>\n

Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders<\/p>\n

Perform risk management to minimize project risks<\/p>\n

Establish and maintain relationships with contractors<\/p>\n

Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

Solid knowledge of project management processes, methodologies and tools & techniques and ability to adapt them to the organization; understanding of formal and informal organizational structures.<\/p>\n

Proven working experience as a project manager (5 years)<\/p>\n

Excellent mathematical skills and statistical knowledge
