Role Purpose
We are currently looking for a
Senior Cost Manager
to be based in
Marsa Matrouh
office.
The successful candidates will be responsible for showing high levels of technical capability, sound commercial knowledge and a good understanding of the key drivers or cost and value; capturing and sharing knowledge and driving innovation in service.

What this job involves<\/p>\n

Provide support to Team Leaders, Service Leaders in the delivery of real estate led developments; carry day to day delivery responsibility and demonstrate the ability to take on tasks with minimal supervision.<\/p>\n

Work post contract including; being strong in contract administration, prepare cash flow reports, draft monthly payment recommendations and weekly commercial dashboards, managing variations and assist in closing out projects and claims \/ variations. <\/p>\n

Assist in the coaching and development of subordinate team members in the delivery of service excellence.<\/p>\n

Deliver all work outputs in an accurate and timely manner.<\/p>\n

Utilize and embed JLL best practice tools and processes including the use of technology to support delivery.<\/p>\n

Be able to interpret a brief from a client or senior manager and convert into a delivery plan.<\/p>\n

Demonstrate the ability to take ownership of medium sized projects or significant components of larger Cost Management assignments.<\/p>\n

Understand and comply with business risk and project delivery parameters including compliance in respect scopes of service agreed by others.<\/p>\n

Capture and share knowledge and be involved with the development of service improvement and innovation as part of the JLL way.<\/p>\n

Be a strong team player but demonstrate the ability to take a leadership role as part of personal development planning.<\/p>\n

Represent the company in a professional and diligent manner at all times
Desired skills and experience for this<\/p>\n

15+ years of experience in post-contract cost management<\/p>\n

Degree in related subject (BSc Quantity Surveying)<\/p>\n

MRICS would be advantageous but not essential.
