The Engineering Manager will be responsible for understanding what the true root causes are of failures on the sites with the aim of suggesting and implementing solutions to permanently rectify the problems.<\/p>\n

A Degree in Electrical\/Mechanical Engineering or related fields<\/li>\n
Minimum of 10 years' experience working in an Electrical\/Mechanical environment<\/li>\n
Minimum 3 years' in a supervisory role<\/li>\n
Minimum 5 years' of hands on experience of AC & DC power solutions, hybrid-, solar- and\/or wind-solutions, including diagnostics and trouble resolution<\/li>\n
Exposure to and understanding of internationally acceptable power practices<\/li>\n
Able to demonstrate effective Management of field based teams<\/li>\n
Lean Six Sigma Orange Belt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
