Job Scope:
Monitoring customer service internal & external process performance, improving internal process, coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth execution. Sharing daily sales landing with other departments. Registering and tracking claims. Sharing Customer Service SLA, DR & CCFOT.
Roles & Responsibilities<\/p>\n

Preparing sales orders data, tracking data and consolidate daily operations reports.<\/p>\n

Ensuring daily operations CS meeting.<\/p>\n

Updating the order file (products, price, customer\u2026).<\/p>\n

Tracking claims, end-to-end process and consolidating their data with the stakeholders (Logistics, Quality & She Team).<\/p>\n

Sharing weekly & monthly reports.<\/p>\n

Sharing several reports (Stock cover, Shipment phasing & skewing etc…).<\/p>\n

Ensuring & monitoring CS audit controls.<\/p>\n

Consolidating and presenting the CS KPIs score.<\/p>\n

Monitoring CS internal & external process.
Key Competencies & Skills:<\/p>\n

Ability to understand and interpret complex data and making decisions based on the outputs.<\/p>\n

Advanced skills in SAP and EXCEL.<\/p>\n

Teamwork.<\/p>\n

Strong analytical thinking and skills.<\/p>\n

Like to bring creativity & innovation to your work.<\/p>\n

Strong Communication Skills, ability to interact successfully at all levels.<\/p>\n
