Job Description<\/h2>\n

A Kids Club Attendant is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the Kids Club andthat all rules and regulations of the facility are adhered to.
What will I be doing<\/p>\n

\n
• Assists the team in the day to day running of the kids club operations and resort activities<\/li>\n
• Completes admin tasks such as scheduling and maintenance reporting etc<\/li>\n
• Conducts training for team members<\/li>\n
• Providing information to guests and ensuring a fun and safe environment for all children aged 3-12 years, by following the Kid's Club operational childcare standards, policies, procedures and health guidelines.<\/li>\n
• Ensuring that the Hilton brand standards are followed and being responsible for supervising guests and children, in addition to ensuring that reception protocols are followed with regards to entry and exit procedures and payments are made where necessary.<\/li>\n
• Facilitating the daily activity schedule along with babysitting, birthdays, parties and event bookings along with any other related tasks as designated by the Management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  A Kids Club Attendant serving Hilton Brand Hotels is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow: <\/p>\n

  • Knowledge of paediatric CPR \/ first aid and emergency medical procedures.<\/li>\n
  • Must be comfortable, calm and confident in working with children of all ages<\/li>\n
  • Ability to effectively deal with internal and external customers, some of whom will require high levels of patience, tact and diplomacy to defuse anger, collect accurate information and resolve conflicts<\/li>\n
  • Computer literate<\/li>\n
  • Must have excellent customer service skills and be detail oriented.<\/li>\n
  • Must be flexible and adapt easily.<\/li>\n
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational and professional skills.<\/li>\n
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks.<\/li>\n
  • Ability to think and respond quickly to issues or guest needs.<\/li>\n
  • Excellent communication skills (English)<\/li>\n
  • React calmly and effectively in emergency situations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
