As Data & AI Capability Business Lead your responsibility will be to provide leadership and clear strategic direction for all aspects of the Data & AI business offering various services across: BI & Analytics domain areas include Data Strategy & Consulting, Data Science & AI, Data Governance, Data Engineering, Data Management.
Your Responsibilities<\/p>\n

\n
• Assist the Chief Digital Services Executive and Director, Data & ioT in the development and implementation of Digital services strategy and gamut of Data & AI activities<\/li>\n
• Collaborate with strategic partners to develop a Go To Market (GTM) for Data services like: BI & Analytics domain areas include Data Strategy & Consulting, Data Science & AI, Data Governance, Data Engineering, Data Management<\/li>\n
• Liaise with the stakeholders to assimilate information, conduct analysis, and recommend new and suitable solutions for existing and potential clients<\/li>\n
• To ensure the projects are managed and completed within pre-defined criteria and timelines<\/li>\n
• Develop and estimate the proposal and costing for all opportunities or RFP responses<\/li>\n
• Review and approve the scope of work for assigned contracts and statements of work, work breakdown structures, task estimates, and specific tasks and milestones to implement in undertaken projects.<\/li>\n
• Ensure projects\/clients are well resourced and fulfil the new projects requirements skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  Your Qualifications<\/p>\n

  • University degree in Analytics, Computer Science, IT, Business Administration with specialization in Information Technology from a recognized university. Professional Certification in AI Services Delivery, Service delivery management is preferable<\/li>\n
  • Proven experience leading Service line and other managerial positions with strong understanding of Data & AI services business and growing the same aggressively, understanding of present challenges & opportunities for the Data & AI services.<\/li>\n
  • You should have excellent knowledge of performance evaluation techniques, key metrics, SLAs, data analysis, reporting and budgeting<\/li>\n
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and escalation skills<\/li>\n
  • Need to have prior relevant Data & AI services experience across sectors and in managing large and complex government services business<\/li>\n
  • Overall, 10 to 15+ years of relevant experience with a global: Data & AI service provider, Technology delivery \/ Solutions provider or System Integrators<\/li>\n
  • Minimum of 5-6+ years of experience managing P&L and\/or managing large Data & AI services business with strong experience in pre-sales & Sales, billibility, delivery and capability development<\/li>\n
  • Technical Experience: Data, Analytics, AI Domain – do not need to be an expert, but needs to have managed a team delivering in Data Strategy,Data Governance, Data Engineering, Data Science & AI<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
