Key Responsibility
. Actively Monitor IT Service tickets, Mails and respond <\/p>\n

• . Monitor Data Replication and issues in the assigned company\/companies.<\/li>\n
• This includes Sales, Transfer Orders and Staff Changes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  • . Check\/Transfer sales posting issues in Designated company\/companies<\/li>\n
  • . Data director Installation and setting up data replication for new Shops in designated company\/companies<\/li>\n
  • . Traffic Counter Configuration and server sync<\/li>\n
  • . Monitor data replication from overseas companies and if required take appropriate action\/corrective measures in consultation with DBA or IT Manager<\/li>\n
  • . Support Shop staff in X-Store related issues<\/li>\n
  • . Handle issues related to Warehouse Management System<\/li>\n
  • . Create\/maintain Store database new and existing stores<\/li>\n
  • . Create Point of Sales systems for new stores test all the peripherals before dispatching the same to the store<\/li>\n
  • . Actively monitor and resolve Promotion\/Gift Voucher related issues<\/li>\n
  • . Monitoring of schedulers, take corrective action<\/li>\n
  • . Co-ordinate with other regional IT teams for data replication activities and projects<\/li>\n
  • . Report new issues relating to the point-of-sale system to the DBA\/IT Manager<\/li>\n
  • . Maintain and manage Oracle Database system for Warehouse Management<\/li>\n
  • . Deployments \/ Initial application testing<\/li>\n
  • . Visit Stores\/Warehouse as per requirement for IT system setup\/troubleshooting<\/li>\n
  • . Office 365 account configuration, troubleshoot O365 related issues.<\/li>\n
  • . Email Archiving, Ms-Teams configuration, Data Backup & restoration<\/li>\n
  • . System setup for New Employees<\/li>\n
  • . Implement and assist in IT projects and other assigned regular activities<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
