For an International School in Istanbul with American Curriculum, we are looking to hire a school principal to effectively manage and improve its operations, curriculum and learning experience. <\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

The school principal will be responsible to:<\/p>\n

\n
• In collaboration with the leadership team, identify academic priorities, set measurable goals to achieve priorities and monitor progress towards goals<\/li>\n
• Continues assessment of exiting curriculum to identify areas of improvement, and to implement best international teaching standards. <\/li>\n
• Make decisions that are strategic, intentional, and grounded in data<\/li>\n
• Ensure that teacher\u2019s professional development goals are being met through direct, targeted coaching<\/li>\n
• Partner with the instructional leadership team to continually assess professional development needs and execute on a differentiated approach to meet those needs<\/li>\n
• Collaborate with the instructional leadership to continually assess the development of instructional team members and execute on a differentiated approach to meet their needs<\/li>\n
• Oversee the systems and cycles of assessment and the constant use of up-to-date practices to drive student performance<\/li>\n
• Implement school-wide procedures and policies to ensure student safety.<\/li>\n
• Work closely with the Human Resources Department to recruit and select new staff members<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
